About Our Mobile Coffee Service
How much does a coffee cart cost for my event?
Pricing starts at $450 and ranges up to $2,600+ depending on guest count, menu, location, and service time. Use our pricing calculator for an instant estimate.
How far in advance should I book?
For standard events, 2–3 weeks is ideal. For weddings and large corporate events, 4–8 weeks is recommended to ensure availability and proper planning.
What areas do you serve?
Our primary service area is Greater Cleveland — from Avon Lake to Euclid, and south to Medina. We also serve Cincinnati, Columbus, and surrounding areas. Travel fees apply for events outside Greater Cleveland.
Do you offer non-coffee options?
Absolutely. We offer tea, matcha, hot cocoa, lemonade, smoothies, boba tea, and seasonal options. We also accommodate dietary restrictions including dairy-free milk alternatives.
What is your setup time?
We arrive 45–60 minutes before your service start time. Larger events and early setups are available with advance notice.
Do you handle corporate billing?
Yes. We provide professional invoicing, accept corporate payment methods, and require a 50% deposit to hold your date.
