Bedrock has brought us in several years running at Tower City for corporate events, and we also serve residents at The May, the residential community Bedrock operates downtown. Two different properties, two different audiences, same standard of service. Being trusted across a portfolio rather than booked for a single event is the kind of relationship that takes years to build.
Deloitte books us several times a year at Key Tower for employee appreciation days. We serve 3 of the 4 Big Four firms (Deloitte, PwC, and EY), which isn't a club that hands out vendor relationships easily. Showing up to smiles and "you're back!" every visit tells us we're doing something right. Specialty coffee turns out to be one of the small things that makes a long workday feel appreciated.
Taft has us in every other week throughout 2026 on a biweekly contract at their 200 Public Square offices. 2 hours of non-stop service, every visit. The Iced Banana Brulee is their team favorite. One of the partners asked us, "can you be here every day?" When a top law firm makes you part of their routine, that's the kind of relationship we work hard to earn.
Our last event hired by CBRE we served 200 guests with 4 baristas running non-stop pours. The Iced Buckeye stole the show. Guests kept coming back for seconds and thirds. CBRE keeps bringing us back for employee events throughout the year, which tells us we're doing something right. When a Fortune 500 commercial real estate firm makes you a regular, you know the service is landing.
We've been serving the Cleveland Guardians 3 years in a row at Progressive Field, brewing for pro athletes pre-game in the home clubhouse. Multiple times per season we set up before afternoon games, ready when players come in for practice. They know us by name. Pouring espresso for major league players in their own clubhouse is the kind of thing we never take for granted.
P.S. We also serve the visiting Kansas City Royals and Detroit Tigers when they're in town... but shh, don't tell the Guardians.
Cleveland Clinic brings us in a few times a year for employee training events on main campus. Let's be honest, who actually wants to show up for training? But when there's a barista pulling espresso shots in the room, attendance gets a lot easier. Cleveland Clinic runs a tight budget on vendor spend, so the fact that they keep finding room for us in it tells us we're worth the line item.
NBAA brought us to the Huntington Convention Center for a 2-day event with hundreds of guests and 8 hours of non-stop service each day. We pulled out the latte printer for this one, turning every drink into a branded conversation piece. Guests stopped, watched their lattes get printed, and walked away impressed. Large-scale convention work is where our 14+ years of experience really shows.

For standard events, 2–3 weeks is ideal. For weddings and large corporate events, 6–8 weeks is recommended to ensure availability and proper planning.

We need approximately 45–60 minutes for setup, so our team arrives 45–60 minutes prior to your service start time. Larger events require additional setup time, and early setup is available with advance notice.
Normal service time is 1.5 hours. Events with over 120 guests are typically 2 hours. Extended service is available for an additional fee.
Absolutely. We offer tea, matcha, hot cocoa, lemonade, smoothies, boba tea, and seasonal options. We accommodate dietary restrictions including dairy-free milk alternatives like oat milk.
We can add alcohol to any of our beverages, however the event host is responsible for providing the alcohol. We can make espresso martinis and cocktail drinks if you supply the alcohol. We do not hold a liquor license.
Our carts are mobile and can be set up indoors or under covered areas. We work with you to ensure a backup plan is in place for outdoor events.
Our local service area covers Greater Cleveland, from Sheffield to Euclid, south to Medina. We travel further but longer distances incur travel fees.
Cleveland Espresso was founded in 2010 under the name Latte Living. The company was rebranded in 2016 and has since expanded regionally under The Coffee Catering Company.
Yes. We provide professional invoicing and accept a wide range of corporate payment methods including cash, Zelle, PayPal, company check, ACH, credit card, debit card, and Purchase Orders. We require a 50% deposit to hold your date, with the remaining balance due before or at the event.
